Jesús Balado Frías graduated as Industrial Engineer and received a PhD from University of Vigo. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the same university where he develops algorithms for point cloud processing applied to urban mobility and physical accessibility. It particularly focuses on the potential of narrative methods for urban development in European medium-sized cities.
